Since 2006, EACEF has collaborated with several International Universities in Europe and Asia. Universitas Pelita Harapan (Indonesia) and Universität Stuttgart (Germany) jointly organized the 1st International Conference of EACEF in September 2007 in Jakarta, INDONESIA.

The 2nd International Conference of EACEF hosted by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in Langkawi Island, MALAYSIA, August 2009.

The 3th International Conference of EACEF hosted by Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta in two places in Yogyakarta, INDONESIA, September 2011.

The 4th International Conference of EACEF will be hosted by National University of Singapore (NUS), SINGAPORE, June 2013.

The 5th International Conference of EACEF hosted by Petra Christian University in Surabaya, INDONESIA, September 2015.

The 6th International Conference of EACEF hosted by Hanyang University in Seoul, KOREA, August 2017.

The 7th International Conference of EACEF hosted by University of Stuttgart in Stuttgart, GERMANY, September-October 2019.

The 8th International Conference of EACEF hosted by OST Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Science, held virtually in Rapperswil, SWITZERLAND and Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta (UAJY), held hybrid in Yogyakarta, INDONESIA, October 2022.
