Karl-Heinz Reineck, FACI, is retired Academic Director of the ILEK (Institute for Lightweight Structures Conceptual and Structural Design) at the University of Stuttgart and Associate Professor of the University of Sarajevo. He is a member of the joint ACI – ASCE Committee 445 ”Shear and Torsion”, of the fib Task Group 1.1 ”Design Applications” and of the German Code Committee. His research interests cover shear design, strut-and-tie models and Ultra High Performance Concrete.

Harianto Hardjasaputra is Professor of civil engineering at Pembangunan Jaya University, Indonesia. His research interests cover Strut-and-Tie Models using Evolutionary Structural Optimization and Loads Paths Method, Ultra High Performance Concrete using Local Materials, and Micro Biosilica for Concrete Admixture.
Since May 2014, he is appointed by the governor of Jakarta Municipal City (Ir. H. Joko Widodo) as the member of High Rise Building Experts Team (TABG).
